Mentorless: One ECD's journey without a map and the places it took her.

Synopsis:

I have worked at the same agency my entire life.

And yet (perhaps surprisingly) my story is one of transformation.

When I became ECD at Young & Laramore I was in a new position—for me, and for my agency. There had never been an "ECD" at Y&L before. Making it the first time in my career that I was truly in uncharted territory—mentorless—and without a roadmap.

So I set out to change that. By gathering wisdom from those who had been where I knew I wanted to go.

This is the chronicle of my journey over the last two years and the ever-expanding list of mentors, friends, challengers and future game-changers I have met along the way.
