Though progress has been made, still, only 11% of creative directors are women. Funny thing is, our industry is selling products to the female majority. In fact, 80% of consumer spending and 60% of social media sharing can be attributed to women. How do we break the cycle of women getting overlooked for promotions and being under represented at the top? How do we bring diversity and gender equality to the leadership table?
